Chris is a great technician because he diagnosed the tricky problem chop-chop. He is very knowledgeable and was teaching a new hire. As I listened to their exchange, it became apparent that it was a very unusual problem. I felt that the price was more so fair considering that the parts were included in the warranty but non labor.
